Fig Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 2-3 large figs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 2-3 large handfuls lamb’s lettuce

Vinaigrette

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small jar with a lid and shake well.
  2. Toss the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  3. Serve immediately.
