Ingredients
Salad
- 2-3 large figs, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato halves
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 2-3 large handfuls lamb’s lettuce
Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small jar with a lid and shake well.
- Toss the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
- Serve immediately.
