Berry smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 cup or 250ml almond milk
Banana and oats smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 cup or 250ml almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend each smoothie separately.
- Serve in a cold glass, pouring the banana smoothie first, followed by the berry smoothie.
