Ingredients

Berry smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries or strawberries)
  • 1 cup or 250ml almond milk

Banana and oats smoothie

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup or 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend each smoothie separately.
  2. Serve in a cold glass, pouring the banana smoothie first, followed by the berry smoothie.
